Embay are forest fairies that use fire as wings to fly around and intimidate foes. If they fail to intimidate, they'll blow a Smokescreen in order to escape, as they are often to passive to fight.

Embay are much like children in that they act tough around someone who takes care of them, but otherwise hide to get away from anything remotely threatening. Because of this, Embay need someone to take care of them, otherwise they'd do nothing but fly away at high speed from every little thing. Because of this, higher leveled Embay will evolve into Marvelaze to take care of the younger Embay.

Oddly enough, Embay possess above average stats, yet still cower regardless.

Embay's Flash Fire makes its Fire-type attacks stronger after being hit by another fire type attack. Some Embay will put Pressure on the battle by reducing their opponent's PP by 2 instead of 1.

But the most powerful Embay will have Serene Grace, which makes it way more likely for the secondary effect of some attacks to take place. Some say high level Embay may even learn Fiery Dance.
