Marvelaze are usually not found alone, as they spend their entire lives taking care of the Embay. Because of this, Marvelaze are extremely rare and hard to capture, as they'll fight as hard as possible so that they can't be taken away from their Embay.

When Embay are on their own, they can't take care of themselves and are extremely cowardly. In response, one of the higher leveled Embay will evolve into Marvelaze if a weaker Embay is around, so that they can take care of the other Embay.

Despite being very motherly, some Marvelaze are actually male.

Marvelaze don't just exist to take care of Embay, though, as they're extremely strong in battle. Their speed and abilities lead them to be extremely dangerous. Especially Serene Grace, which when combined with moves like Lava Plume and Fiery Dance, leads to an enormous threat to any team.
